Welcome to Doodle Club, a drawing and guessing game by WikzB / Zero iQ Zone. These terms cover the Doodle Club website and its Discord Activity. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Playing Doodle Club
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live or by the platform you use. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must review these terms and give permission for you to play.
You may use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your activity, including content you share with other players.
2. Keep the club welcoming
Play fairly and treat others with respect. Do not:
- Harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, or target people with hate or discrimination.
- Share sexual or exploitative content, graphic violence, illegal material, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Post someone’s private information, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
- Use cheats, abusive automation, exploits, spam, or disruptive sound and chat behavior.
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass security or access restrictions.
3. Your drawings and messages
You retain any rights you hold in your drawings, messages, and other original content. Share only content you are entitled to share. You give us a non-exclusive permission to process, store, and display that content as needed to operate the game, share it with your room, and address misuse.
Other players can see content shared in their room and may capture it. Do not treat game rooms as confidential. Player content is created by users; we do not endorse it or guarantee that it will always be appropriate. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms.
4. Accounts and guest play
Protect your login credentials and do not use another person’s account without permission. When account sign-in is available, linked providers can give access to the same game account.
Guest collections depend on browser or platform storage. Clearing storage, changing devices, or switching between the website and Discord may make a guest collection inaccessible. Using a Discord display name in the Activity does not automatically link your website account or merge guest progress.
5. Points and virtual items
Current in-game points are earned through play. Sticker purchases use those game points. Points and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not create ownership rights in the game or its assets.
We may adjust rewards, item availability, or game balance and correct progress affected by bugs or abuse. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any item or guest collection. If paid features are introduced later, their price and applicable purchase terms will be provided before purchase.
6. Discord and other services
Doodle Club is an independent game and is not operated or endorsed by Discord or Google. Using Discord, Google sign-in, or external links is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy rules.
When playing through Discord, follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Provider outages or platform changes may affect game features.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or permanent storage of drawings, rooms, scores, or collections. Maintenance and technical problems may interrupt sessions.
The game’s code, branding, and supplied assets belong to their respective rights holders. Permission to play does not grant permission to redistribute the game or use its branding as your own.
8. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the game at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address violations, protect players or the service, or meet legal obligations. You may contact us if you believe an access restriction was a mistake.
9. Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service interruptions, lost progress, or other players’ conduct.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
10. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the game changes. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide notice in the game or through another appropriate channel and seek consent where required. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the game.
11. Contact and reports
For questions, reports of inappropriate content, or access concerns, contact WikzB / Zero iQ Zone through the Doodle Club community Discord. Include enough detail to identify the issue, such as the room code and approximate time. Do not post passwords or sensitive personal information in public channels.
